Internet Orders
You can place your order through this website 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. It is fast, safe, simple, and convenient. You can enter a keyword or a catalog part number in the search box or just browse through our website by any of the categories. Simply select your item, click on "add to cart" for each product, answer the required questions, submit your request, and print your receipt. We'll do the rest! Most in-stock orders ship within 24-48 hours. Shipping times may vary, please call or e-mail to check the status or shipping times for a specific item. Expedited freight options are also available. EXCHANGE/RETURN POLICY
Our goal at Mr. Horsepower Apparel is to give you an easy and problem free ordering experience. If you find it necessary to exchange or return an item, please follow the steps below and fill out the Exchange/Return Form:
Please enclose the exchange/return form in the return package. Please keep a copy of this form for your records. Return any new or unused product within 30 days. All returned merchandise may be subject to a 15% restocking fee. Shipping must be prepaid on all merchandise returned or exchanged. Shipping and Handling charges are non-refundable. We strongly recommend sending merchandise United Parcel Ground Service or U.S. Postal Service insured.
